Her doctoral research project, titled The Temporality of Images: &#8216;Merleau-Ponty\u2019s Visual Ontology and its Resonances with Chinese Landscape Painting, delves into ontological questions through the lens of images.&#8217; Drawing on phenomenology, iconology, art history, and comparative philosophy, her work aims to challenge traditional views that regard images as secondary or static. Instead, she explores their dynamic temporality, particularly through Merleau-Ponty\u2019s concept of &#8216;reversibility&#8217;.
