C\u2019est oublier la tradition de la perspectiva communis, celle qui fait de la perspective le vecteur d\u2019un horizon commun. Au croisement de la science, de l\u2019art et de la philosophie, le livre exhume une tradition que l\u2019on se doit de red\u00e9couvrir : le point de vue, ce n\u2019est pas seulement ce qui divise, c\u2019est aussi ce qui se partage. Au lieu d\u2019incriminer le perspectivisme d\u2019avoir fait le lit de la post-v\u00e9rit\u00e9, et de la perte d\u2019une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 un monde r\u00e9el, il est temps de retrouver en quoi la perspective n\u2019est pas qu\u2019une affaire de relativisation, mais de r\u00e9alisation. C\u2019est \u00e0 la perspective que nous devons notre perspicacit\u00e9 : \u00ab \u00e0 travers \u00bb &#8211; voil\u00e0 le mot-cl\u00e9 pour comprendre son op\u00e9ration. Une mise en regard d\u2019enjeux anciens et contemporains, o\u00f9 s\u2019entrecroisent les arts visuels, l\u2019architecture, la ph\u00e9nom\u00e9nologie et l\u2019anthropologie sociale.
